Ken
2025 Mercedes Sprinter
170” Wheelbase
Ken is a dialed, no-nonsense adventure build designed for extended off-grid travel, active lifestyles, and real-world durability—without giving up comfort or craftsmanship.
Up top, a Flatline Van Co. roof rack with integrated roof deck expands usable space, while Aluminess rear door carriers and storage box add rugged exterior storage. Starlink integration keeps you connected wherever the road leads.
Inside, the van features quarter-sawn oak custom cabinetry paired with Thinscape countertops, blending warmth with long-term durability. Dual fresh water tanks—25 gallons interior and 28 gallons exterior—support extended travel, while a Rixen hydronic heating system provides efficient cabin heat and on-demand hot water. A Laveo Dry Flush toilet offers a clean, water-free bathroom solution.
The galley is equipped with a Isotherm Freeline 140 Refridgerator/freezer, and a flexible Lagun table mount allows the space to easily transition from dining to work mode.
Built with bikes in mind, the rear garage includes a custom slide-out tray with Freedom Coast fork mounts, securely storing four bikes beneath the bed with easy access.
Up front, Scheel-Mann seats and InHabit floor mats make long drives comfortable and practical, while additional seating for two in a swivel bench seat adds versatility when parked.
Off-road capability comes from a Van Compass suspension with Baja brackets, CA Tuned front bumper with Baja Designs LP9 lights, Black Rhino color-matched wheels wrapped in Falken Wildpeak AT4W tires, and an ARB onboard air compressor for quick air-ups on the trail.
Ken is built to go farther, stay longer, and support serious adventure—on or off the pavement.
